Polly Kuehn CPA, CMCA, of Bay Property Services, Fish Creek WI, recently joined the skilled group of community association managers who have earned the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Kuehn is one of more than 3,800 managers nationwide who have earned this level of professional recognition in the community association field.
