Bob is a fourth generation native of Door County. His family farmed and grew fruit for many years in the township of Egg Harbor. He was the general manager of the 60-unit Landing Resort in Egg Harbor for 17 years before joining Bay Property Services in 2005.
Polly grew up in Door County and also lived in Chicago and the Pacific Northwest before returning in 1978. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She was the controller at Horseshoe Bay Golf Club before joining Bay Property Services in 2006.
Sharon has worked at Bay Property Services since 2007. Her expertise is in bookkeeping, database management, computer systems, and keeping order in a fast paced office environment. She has experience with apartment management and construction contracting. She moved to Door County from Wadsworth, Illinois.
Norene has held Senior Executive Assistant positions to corporate officers in the Chicago area during her career. She brings a strong background of administrative, organizational, and public contact skills to the firm. Norene vacationed in Door County for many years and has relocated from Naperville, Illinois, to her Sister Bay condominium on a full-time basis beginning in April 2011.
