Al Duessler, MBA, CMCA, Owner
Al Duessler has been managing commercial properties and condominium associations in Door County since 2004. He also has several years of experience managing a corporate hotel in Sturgeon Bay. Al has a BBA and MBA from University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. He served 4 years active duty in the US Army, primarily stationed in Germany and completed two deployments to Bosnia/ Herzegovina. Al is married to his college sweetheart who is a Door County native and they have two beautiful girls. Al’s hobbies include cycling, hunting and ice fishing, all which he loves doing with his family. Al’s professional strengths are in fiscal management, systems management and property maintenance.
Bryan Kuehn, BS, CMCA, Owner
Bryan Kuehn comes to Bay Property Services with 12 years of management experience in Door County hospitality and tourism businesses. Bryan graduated from the University of Dubuque Iowa in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Bryan lives with his wife, daughter and two sons at his family’s homestead in Egg Harbor township. When he is not managing properties, Bryan is coaching his daughter’s sports teams, spending time with his family or hunting.
Lana Pray, Community Manager
Lana Pray moved to Door County after serving over 21 years in the active duty Air Force within the financial management career field. She graduated from Western Governors University in 2019 with a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Touro University International in 2006. Lana lives with her husband on 6 wooded acres in the Town of Sevastopol. During her free time, she enjoys both outdoor activities and indoor hobbies while appreciating Door County life.
Tracey Fitzgerald, Community Manager
Tracey has lived in northern Door County for most of her adult life after graduating from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She has been doing bookkeeping and office management for Ephraim Clayworks and Peninsula Pacers since 1998 and enjoys maintaining an organized and efficient office. Tracey lives in Ephraim with her husband and two teenage children. When not driving her kids to activities, she enjoys running with friends, hiking, cross-country skiing, stand-up paddle boarding, playing the piano, and spending time with her family.
Amy Phillips, Staff Accountant
Amy grew up in southwestern Wisconsin. Upon graduation from Madison College with a major in accounting, she worked primarily in the University of Wisconsin system as a Financial Specialist for ten years. Due to her husband’s new position in the area, her family moved to Door County in 2007. Since arriving in Door County Amy has worked as the Business Manager for both the Boys & Girls Club of DC and the Birch Creek Music Performance Center. With over 20 years of accounting experience, Amy now enjoys serving Bay Property Services as their staff accountant. Amy enjoys traveling, especially to Denmark where she has a foreign exchange sister from high school. At home, she is busy maintaining her hobby farm animals and property while raising her three sons.
